Personalities Behind Y

YUKI ONODERA

Yuki Onodera, born in Tokyo in 1962, is an experimental photographer based in Paris. Her work challenges the traditional notion of photography and employs unconventional techniques, such as painting on her photographs. Her work is featured in collections worldwide, including those of the Centre Georges Pompidou and The J. Paul Getty Museum. She has had solo exhibitions at prestigious institutions such as The National Museum of Art in Osaka and The Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography.

YAIR MARTIN GUTTMANN

air Martin Guttmann, a well-established contemporary artist, has garnered acclaim and representation through three galleries across the globe, including Georg Kargl Fine Arts in Austria, Lia Rumma | Naples in Italy, and Galerie Nagel Draxler in Germany. His most recent exhibition, "MODERNISMO ITALIANO," was hosted at the Lia Rumma Gallery in Milan from July to September 2019. Guttmann's artistic roots trace back to the 1970s, a period in which he was influenced by the conceptual art movement and the emergence of process art and Land Art. The era also witnessed the rise of street art, radical ideologies, and feminist art alongside the commercial success of photorealism. Furthermore, the Mono-Ha movement in Tokyo, featuring Japanese and Korean artists, and the Arte Povera movement in Italy garnered international acclaim, with leading figures such as Jannis Kounnelis, Mario Merz, and Michelangelo Pistoletto receiving critical praise.

Yuan Yuan, a contemporary artist, is gaining international recognition for his exceptional paintings of architectural subjects. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts from the China Academy of Art and predominantly paints interiors with imaginary elements. Yuan Yuan's artworks feature a highly structured and orderly composition determined by the geometric details of the architectural subjects he portrays.

YUKIE ISHIKAWA

Yukie Ishikawa is a Tokyo-based contemporary artist known for her work on the concept of "identity." She employs a range of media, including traditional Japanese craft materials, to create immersive installations. Her work has been exhibited in Japan and internationally, including at the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Taipei.

Yunizar is a renowned Indonesian artist known for his vibrant, abstract paintings that explore spirituality, nature, and culture. He studied at the Indonesian Institute of Art in Yogyakarta and has become recognized as one of Indonesia's most important contemporary artists.
