VLADIMIR HOUDEK

Vladimír Houdek is a Prague-based artist who specializes in classic painting, collage, and experimental techniques. He draws inspiration from modernist and post-modernist concepts and creates innovative visual forms by referencing a range of painting styles. Houdek frequently employs the circle motif in his works to convey specific content throughout his oeuvre. His works have been exhibited at leading Czech institutions and also in Berlin, Budapest, and Bucharest.

VICTOR MAN

Victor Man is a Romanian artist and painter known for his highly personal and ambiguous paintings. His works explore uncertainty and transition between different forms and are in various public collections such as TATE Modern and Centre Georges Pompidou. Man was awarded the Deutsche Bank “Artist of the Year” award in 2014 and has exhibited at various venues, including the Venice Biennale.

VIKTOR KOLÁŘ

Viktor Kolář was born on September 7, 1941, in Ostrava, Moravia, and grew up with five siblings in a small apartment. He inherited his father’s interest in photography, and in 1954, he began making his first photographs under his father’s guidance. Kolář studied at the School of Education in Ostrava from 1960 to 1964, where he was involved in theater and photography. In 1964, he held his first solo exhibition, showing sixty photographs. From 1964 to 1968, he taught at an elementary school, completed his compulsory military service, became a librarian, and decided to fully devote himself to photography.

VALERIO NICOLAI

Valerio Nicolai is an Italian artist known for his intricate, abstract works that explore themes of memory, identity, and perception. He often combines geometric and organic forms to create visual complexity and incorporates technology to create immersive experiences for the viewer. Nicolai has exhibited widely in Italy and internationally, including at the Venice Biennale in 2013 and the MAXXI National Museum of 21st Century Arts in Rome.

Vladyslav Melnyk is a contemporary abstract artist from Ukraine who expresses his artistic vision through rhythm, color, and texture.
