Piktogram

Piktogram, a dynamic non-profit organization, has been making waves in the art scene since its establishment in 2005. Initially focused on publishing "Piktogram Talking Pictures Magazine," it quickly evolved to become a catalyst for innovative exhibitions and art initiatives in specially selected venues. With a penchant for unconventional spaces such as hotel rooms, the Financial Centre building, and even a cinema theater, Piktogram has consistently pushed the boundaries of traditional art presentation.

In 2015, Piktogram underwent a significant transformation, venturing into gallery representation while continuing its commitment to innovation and artistic excellence. Relocating from its former space in the Warsaw Kamionek district, which had been beautifully redesigned by Projekt Praga, Piktogram found a new home in downtown Warsaw. The gallery expanded, establishing two venues within the same building on 9 Kredytowa Street, creating a dynamic and vibrant hub for contemporary art.

From the second half of 2022, Piktogram embarked on another exciting chapter in its journey by relocating to its current ground floor location at 4 Górskiego Street. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, the gallery now boasts captivating window vitrines that allow passersby to engage with the artwork, seamlessly merging the gallery space with the urban fabric.

Piktogram's evolution and adaptability reflect its unwavering commitment to supporting artists, nurturing creativity, and engaging with diverse audiences. By embracing unconventional venues, spearheading innovative initiatives like NOT FAIR, and consistently challenging the status quo, Piktogram has become a driving force in the dynamic art landscape of Warsaw.
