Karaska

Vadym Karasyov, also known as Karaska, is a freelance digital designer from Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 2014, after the first exhibition, he has periodically exhibited artworks at various art festivals both in Ukraine and abroad. He collaborates with several Ukrainian and American publishing houses and musicians.

Karaska's creative journey began after years of self-discovery. He believes that the most amazing journey is a journey into the depths of oneself. This path toward innovation is influenced stylistically by the likes of Giorgio De Chirico, René Magritte, and Jeff Jordan, as well as other modern artists like Sonny Kay and Maurizio Cattelan. Additionally, many narratives within Karaska's work draw inspiration from classical literature by novelists such as Jorge Luis Borges, and Franz Kafka, and poets like Arthur Rimbaud and André Breton, among others.

"I'm interested in the theme of the mystery of dreams and reality, mixing them, moving from one to another," Karasev highlights. "These two worlds are interrelated and equally important; they exist, complementing each other and forming our reality."
